1. Introduction
Welcome to SoSocial, a mobile application operated by Capital Motion Restaurants Management ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the SoSocial app (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we may publish from time to time. If you are using the App on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old and that you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App:
In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

7. SoSocial Cash
The loyalty program allows customers to earn and redeem SoSocial cash at our restaurants. SoSocial cash:

Is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Can only be redeemed at participating locations.

Is subject to expiration dates as specified in the program details.

Can be topped up via Apple Pay or Samsung Pay through the App.

8. Promotions and Event Bookings
Promotions and events displayed in the App are subject to availability and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any promotion or event details.

9. Socializing Features
The App includes features that allow users to see other users who are dining at our locations. By using this feature, you agree to interact with other users respectfully and lawfully. The Company is not responsible for the interactions between users.

10. Intellectual Property
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
